The walk along the paseo into Puerto Banus is lovely and takes about 20 minutes. A great location to park up the car and walk everywhere on foot to soak up this wonderful part of the Costa Del Sol. Located in a secure gated urbanisaion one of the most sought after in this part of the coast.

There is a communal swimming pool and a childrens pool also. The apartment is accessed via a lift from the underground parking and is located on the first floor and is direct South facing. Half the terrace is covered and the other half is open with a toldo over.
