SOLO Marbella was founded in 2010, during a difficult period when the Spanish market was in decline. At that time, Andrei Tulchinsky and his team decided that their mission was not just to sell houses, but to help people start a new life on the coast.

Fifteen years have passed since then. We have grown, but we have retained the most important thing — a human approach to each client. We don't just select properties, we accompany you through all stages: from your first thoughts about moving to adapting and your first years of life in Spain.
