We offer rentals from one week and also manage rental services for property owners. Apartments, townhouses, and villas are available for holidays or relocation.

What documents are required to rent a property in Marbella?

Typically required:

• passport or valid ID;

• details of occupants (number, age, purpose of stay);

• advance payment (security deposit and first rental payment).

Requirements may vary depending on the property.

Which areas are best for summer rentals?

• Long-term rentals: owner covers property taxes and community fees; tenant pays utilities.

• Short-term rentals: electricity may be included as a fixed amount, depending on the agreement.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. The amount depends on the property and owner’s policy. For long-term rentals, the deposit is usually equivalent to two months’ rent and is refundable after inspection.

How can I book a property with SOLO Marbella?

We select the property, confirm availability, agree on terms, and finalize the booking directly with the owner or their representative. All conditions are clearly stated in the contract.

Can I rent a villa remotely?

Yes. We provide video tours, prepare the contract, and arrange online signing. You can move in on the agreed date.

What are the cancellation rules?

Cancellation terms are specified in the contract. Compensation may apply. In force majeure cases, individual solutions may be considered.

Are pets allowed?

Subject to owner approval. Small pets are usually accepted. Please inform us in advance.
