The fourth bedroom, with two single beds, is located upstairs in a tower and has a private outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and garden, from where you can admire the famous La Concha mountain. Back to the ground floor, we enter to lounge, dining room, with TV with international channels and Wifi, living room, kitchen, laundry room and private covered garage for two cars.

At the entrance, we find a pleasant porch with large glass windows overlooking the pool and garden, which has the attraction of a built-in barbecue.
