Conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the busy and popular Benavista and El Pilar commercial centres and directly across the road from the new Rozza Rozza Tennis & Country Club. The beach is only a few more mins walk away, via the Benavista footbridge.

The resort have plenty of street parking and the area is quiet as it is located in a cul-du-sac, and has community gardens with 2 community pools, both of which are gated for the privacy of residents and guests. Sun Gardens is very conveniently located, approx. 10 mins drive in either direction to the Playboy's playground Puerto Banus to the East and the "Garden of the Costa Del Sol", Estepona to the West.
