This complex is ideal for holidays as is within walking distance to all amenties which you will find in La Cala de Mijas plus a lovely long sandy beach.   Also access to the new Board Walk so you can now walk from La Cala to Miraflores .   15 mins from centre of Marbella, 10 mins from Fuengirola, 20 mins Malaga Airport.  
La Cala de Mijas is a very friendly family small Town with the added advantage of a long sandy beach, it has an openair market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, little market along the seafront during the summer months.   La Cala de Mijas is well known for it´s choice of Restaurants, you can pick from the wonderful Chiringuitos (typical spanish beach restaurants which specialise in fresh fish cooked outdoors over an olive wood fire.  Tapa bars, Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Italian, English, Irish, Danish and many more.   You have everything you need within the Town, even a 9 hole Golf Course (La Noria).  
If you would like to venture further, there are plenty of interesting places you can go to on a Day Trip, visit the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Seville which is a really nice old Spanish City, Cordoba famous for it's Mesquita, Gibraltar, Jerez (where all the sherry such as Tio Pepe is made), and you can even cross the Straits of Gibraltar and visit Morocco for the day.
Golfers well no better place to base yourself as you are on the doorstep of numerous golf courses, in the immediate area you have, El Chaparral, Mijas Golf, La Cala Resort, Santana, Calanova Miraflores, Cerros de Aguila and La Noria.   15 mins drive and you are at Santa Maria, Marbella Golf, Cabopino, Rio Real.  Santa Clara, 30 mins drive and you are at Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha and within an hours drive you can play El Paraiso, Zagaletta, Guadalmina, Los Arqueros, Atalay, Finca Cortesin, Valle Romano, Villa Padierna, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valerrama, Alcaidesa, Laura Golf, Alhaurin, Torrequebrada, Parador and Guadalhorce.
Shoppers....  great selection to choose from, two great shopping centres close by Myramar in Fuengirola and La Cañada in Marbella plus the fabulous boutiques in the centre of Marbella, Fuengirola not to mention Puerto Banus.
As you can see there is something for everyone here on the Costa del Sol, and in addition sunshine all year round.
