We started the business back in 2010. At that time we focused mainly on the sale of luxury apartments and houses. Over the years we strengthened our position in working with premium real estate, as well as expanded our base and properties for rent. Later we realized that you cannot just help a person buy a house abroad, conduct a successful transaction and that's it. Ahead the new owner has a lot of concerns regarding after-sales management of the property. We started to offer assistance with that, too. And then they turned to us for help with investments and we were able to provide the necessary support for the investment projects. Now investments in Spanish real estate is on the list of things we can and do well.
It turns out that the agency, in its present form, evolved from one desire - the desire to help others. What we all have in common is that we don't know how to wait for the right opportunity to appear, we create that opportunity ourselves.
