Although the villa has been built with large windows that provide natural ventilation, all bedrooms and main rooms have access to A/C (hot and cold), as well as underfloor heating. There is strong fibre optic WIFI provided, with several boosters located around the property, ensuring that you stay connected inside and outside the villa. *Please be aware that there is a 400€/week charge if you would like the pool heated.
Noise Policy: Out of respect for the community, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Strictly no outdoor music or parties after 10pm. Breaches may result in immediate eviction and potential penalties.
