A beautiful and spacious three-bedroom townhouse located in a quiet beachfront urbanisation just outside Estepona town. The house is presented in three levels. When entering the property, we find the fully equipped kitchen to the left and it is equipped with everything you may need for a family holiday and it also has a small laundry room.
There is also a guest cloakroom to a side of the corridor with WC and hand basin. The spacious living room has a dining area with seating for eight guests and a lounge area with comfortable sofa and a large flatscreen TV with plenty of international channels including Sky.
