The terrace is equipped with 2 sun loungers, a terrace table with 6 chairs and a barbecue. Throughout the apartment there is access to wifi and central air conditioning. Sleep listening to the sound of the waves!
The bedroom is equipped with a new king size bed (150 x 200 cm); in addition this property also has another sleeping area with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, and for a small fee beach towels are available, so you only need to bring your personal items. The bedroom and the extra sleeping room of this property share a newly renovated bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. There is a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob and dishwasher.
It also has all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc. The living-dining room is equipped with a large dining table with 6 chairs and two large sofas to spend comfortable evenings playing games or watching a movie. In addition, the holiday home is equipped with a smart TV with internet access and international TV channels.
The vacation apartment is located in the beautiful area of Bahia de Marbella, Marbella is less than 5 minutes drive from the city center of Marbella and the old town of Marbella. As it is directly on the beach in less than a minute you can be on the promenade and only a few minutes from the beach you can reach the Mangaleta restaurant. Puerto Banus is a 12 minute drive away and Malaga airport is about 35 minutes drive from the vacation apartment.
Las Arenas is a beachfront apartment community with tropical gardens, green areas, two good size communal swimming pools and a smaller children's pool (opening times may vary according to season, subject to availability variation). The apartment has a very convenient access as you can park your car directly in the garage in front of the apartment entrance door. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations.
It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. We will always be available before, during or after your stay for any questions if you need us!
