This apartment is located in Estepona old town, on a busy street just off the main avenue of Avenida Juan Carlos. The closest beach is Playa de la Rada, the main beach of Estepona town and it's only 130 metres from the apartment, a three minute walk. The property is just a few steps to bars, restaurants and cafes.

The popular Plaza de las Flores is around 10 minutes walk through the lovely old town, with its beautiful flower pots where you may find lots of restaurants and ice-cream parlours. There are also beach restaurants available along the beach, known as "chiringuitos" perfect to have a cool drink or lunch while a day on the beach. This is an ideal location for those who want to stay right in the heart of a traditional Spanish sea-side town.
