The villa has its own private gate access to the quiet, good-sized community swimming pool set in lovely Mediterranean gardens offering plenty of sunny grassy areas where your children may be observed from the terrace --- There is also a direct access to the Estepona coastal path and a quiet beach with a mixture of sand and pebbles only two minutes away from the villa --- The property has been extensively refurbished and comprises three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk-in shower, making it ideal for six to stay and have their own space, plus a guest lavatory/cloakroom. The bright and airy split-level lounge, with its comfortable soft sofas and flat-screen television, has a separate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances.
Outside you will find a large covered terrace with sliding bi-fold glass doors, plus several patio areas with sun loungers and a gas barbecue. The villa is equipped with independent air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living rooms and the marble flooring also helps to keep the house cooler in summer. The urbanisation is conveniently located just off the N340/A7 coast road, which runs right along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. The villa has spectacular views out to sea from the private terrace.
The choice of pools and landscaped gardens of the urbanisation are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the quiet beaches. Just a few minutes drive from two supermarkets (ALDI & Mercadona) and located 5 Km west of Estepona town center. The villa is about 30 minutes drive from Gibraltar and The Rock with its military history, British style and duty free prices.
Further afield you have Sevilla, with its historic center and home to the Expo 92 and many of the pavilions still survive showcasing their country's culture and design, and Granada boasts the world famous Alhambra and Generalife gardens it's a real must-see.
