The living room opens out directly to a lovely south west facing terrace, with direct gated access to the path leading to the communal pools. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven/hob, coffee maker and kettle with a useful serving counter to the large indoor dining table for the cooler evenings. A large flat screen TV shows a wide variety of international TV channels and there is a music player to connect to electronic devices too.

On the ground floor entry level you will find a guest toilet and upstairs on the first floor there are 2 further bathrooms (one ensuite) as well as 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds). For those looking for some private sun bathing, there is also a further terrace on the top floor, while the younger ones will enjoy trying out our ping pong table and dart board in the basement.
