Charming south west facing townhouse right next to the beach in the urbanisation "El Arenal" in Marbella. The townhouse is located in a quiet urbanisation with extensive green areas, a large swimming pool and is only a few steps from the beach. The property is laid out on three floors.

You enter through a little private front yard, which leads you to the living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and a terrace. Upstairs you'll find the master bathroom with its own bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and also open up to small balconies equipped in a place to sit and relax.

From the urbanisation, you'll have direct access to the beach which offers amazing chiringuitos (beach bars), e. g. "Bono Beach" or "Dune Beach".

There are two small and nearby supermarkets, "Carrefour" in El Rosario or "Supercor Expres", under 5 min away by car or a 10-15 min walk. the bigger supermarkets "Lidl" and "Mercadona" are only 10 min away by car. Lastly, the apartment is 40 min away from the airport in Málaga.
