This is a beautiful classic villa completely updated to our modern standards and taste. At an unbeatable location, walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and golf, overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa is a perfect mix of classic and modern and is equipped with all modern appliances.

Seperately adjustable airconditioning in all rooms, a beautiful large kitchen and dining area. The terrace outside the kitchen has a great outdoor diningtable with a great BBQ, and great views. There are two lovely spacious bedrooms at groundfloor level, three and a half upstairs, also with a great terrace overlooking the mediterranean.

There are five seperate bedrooms, but it sleeps 12. In one of the bedrooms upstairs there is another seperate bedroom, ideal for a family with children, where two more people can sleep. This bedroom can only be entered by walking through the fifth bedroom.

The villa, garden and the terraces have a lot of privacy, little do you realise you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol. Just take a dive in the clear blue private pool, soak up the sun on one of the sunbeds or sit back with a nice drink in the shade and relax. The Villa is situated in lively Elviria with over 36 restaurants, bar's and supermarkets and even Golf at an 800 meter walk.

The white sandy beach is a 1600 meter walk. At the Costa del Sol it is very rare to have all these facilities within walking distance, especially at a villa so private, and well secured. There is a good entrance gate and private parking for several cars within the gate.

The villa is at an elevated position but in an area with gentle slopes so ideal for cycling. A perfect location for an unforgettable Holiday.
