The villa, garden and the terraces have a lot of privacy, little do you realise you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol. Just take a dive in the clear blue private pool, soak up the sun on one of the sunbeds or sit back with a nice drink in the shade and relax. The Villa is situated in lively Elviria with over 36 restaurants, bar's and supermarkets and even Golf at an 800 meter walk.
The white sandy beach is a 1600 meter walk. At the Costa del Sol it is very rare to have all these facilities within walking distance, especially at a villa so private, and well secured. There is a good entrance gate and private parking for several cars within the gate.
The villa is at an elevated position but in an area with gentle slopes so ideal for cycling. A perfect location for an unforgettable Holiday.
