The apartment features 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom has direct access to the terrace.

The second bedroom with a double bed has its own small cozy terrace. The third bedroom features another double bed. From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace with the dining area, its south-west orientation you can enjoy the sunset over the valley.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities. Not ideal for guests with reduced mobility as there are staircase to access the apartment.

The 2 communal pools (one of them heated) and well-kept gardens offer a tranquil environment to relax and enjoy the complex. Parking space available in front of the unit block. Only 3 minutes in Halcones you will find a coffee shops bars and traditional pubs and a Supermarket.

Los Arqueros area is yet close to the beaches of Marbella, Shops and entertainment without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. To San Pedro (shops) and the beach it is about 10 mins drive, only 15 mins drive to the famous Puerto Banus with splendid yachts and designer shops.
