Moving up the steps to the second floor you have three bedrooms, all large enough for two beds in each.  In two of the bedrooms are built in wardrobes.  Also there is a wardrobe in the hallway.  Outside the master bedroom is a small balcony with space for two chairs and a small table.  On this floor you also have a big bathroom with a tub.
At the top of the stairs on the next level, before entering the roof top, you have the laundry area, Just step outside to hang your newly washed laundry to dry on the sunny roof terrace.  The roof top is large enough for a lounge area and you have views towards the sea and the mountains.
This house is perfect for a holiday home but equally perfect for a family life with kids in local och international schools nearby.
